Book 1: Thanks for Thanksgiving by Julie Markes.  A sweet little book.
Fingerplay: Ram Sam Sam
Book2: The Ugly Pumpkin by Dave Horowitz.  This is the Oh My Gosh, I’m a Squash book.
Song:  Driving in My Car. When I think of Thanksgiving I think of all the times I’d drive to my brother’s in St. Paul. Of course we had to sing this song.
Song 2: Drivin in My Car by Ralph Covert. Everyone loves this one…

Prop Story: I know an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Pie  by Alison Jackson.  We have a puppet and tape a clear bag to her front.  And as she “swallows the pie, turkey, squash” we put the items in the clear bag.
