Bird Storytime

Bird Storytime

The storytime that wasn’t.  I planned this storytime.  I was looking forward to it.  It made me happy.  Then, I fell…and so severely contused my leg I was wimpering and gasping and truly felt the kind of pain that changes your mood.  It was bad.  On top of it, I’m sharing my story time, doing some training with a new staff member.  It’s one thing to do your own story time not feeling well, but to have to try and impart my (cough) story time wisdom with others was just too much.

Someone else did this story time, and it made me sad that I didn’t do it.  So, I’m writing it down so I can do it another day.

  1. Hi Sharon,
I came across your post on the flannel, “What Will It Rain” and just loved the story! I looked at getting a used copy–but they aren’t plentiful or in great condition! Would you mind sending me the words to it so I could “someday” flannelize it! Thanks for sharing your wonderful blog :))
